What a load of rubbish...
This is what Pennington Street looks like on a Sunday morning.

The rubbish is a problem, but it is also evidence of what goes on in the street the previous night. The excessive drinking before going into the club and the hanginging around after can be seen by the empty bottles of alchol and the empty food containers.
