This is a small snapshot of all the crime and disorder that goes on, the councillors should try lying awake listening to this for hours. The noise every weekend is unbearable, I'm sick of being woken up to fights and car stereos.
It is indeed, as you say, merely a small snapshot of what goes on. To the best of my knowledge no representative of the council has been in this area at the relevant times. They seem to think that changing the parking regulations will solve the problem...
