There is a statement on Mangos website saying that the club will be closed with effect from 8 March, 2010.
LBTH Council have passed the following information to residents:
'As you are aware the above premises [Mangos] has applied for a judicial review of the Magistrates' decision and for a stay pending consideration of their judicial review claim by the High Court.
I can advise you that the High Court has refused the application for a stay. Therefore the decision made by the Magistrates stands and Mangos nightclub has no licence to conduct any licensable activities.'

Hey! Its not over yet. Could be as heard on the local grapevine that a new fresh "all singing" "all dancing" "neigbours busting" Licence application is imminent. No reason why it should fail !! Forget the old case, let the new case begin. An old battle is in progress but let the new war begin
