Bank Holiday Weekend

A number of recent comments underline the fact that for residents the Mango's problem continues. We all know what the symptoms are. Equally, we are all aware of the treatment required, or, as a recent contributor put it, 'I hope this place gets shut dowon soon'.

Please continue to leave a comment. It could ensure that we get the right result at appeal.

It absolutely has to stop and I think we're getting close.

Was this latest incident tonight, 30 May or was it on the Bank Holiday Saturday?

This was tonight May 30th, but we also had this on the bank holiday weekend as well.

On Sunday 31st May, I got woken up again at 4am by people partying and drinking around their car...and the rubbish they left is horrible, just in the front of the Times building.
it's time the club is closed down as we will not take it any more disturbance in an otherwise pleasant neighbourhood.

Over the Bank Holiday cars were still being allowed to park right outside my flat, despite the Mango's attendant being mere metres away doing nothing about it. People were loitering around outside my door and sitting taking drugs in their cars into the early hours, same old story as before the hearing, nothing has changed except for the token gesture of an attendant who is only present for a couple of hours and does nothing to deter the anti social behaviour. In fact, I was so angry I went out into the street to capture the disruption and volume of cars on my camera phone only to have the attendant try and stop me!!!! He walked over and asked me what I was doing before trying to tell me I couldn't take the video and followed me round shouting that i couldnt use it as evidence as I coulnt prove any of the cars were Mango's customers! I was furious that Mr Sharma now has "heavies" interfering with my right to take pictures of my street and trying to intimidate me. If his club poses no problem, what is he afraid of me capturing?
I have heard drunken shouting, cars engines revving and seen litter the next day every weekend since.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed comment. It seems very much as if the initial councihearing has made no difference. As we all know, closure is the only solution.

Saturday night/Sunday Morning June 28. midnight to 5.00am. I was woken several times by shouting, by persons going to or leaving Mango's. I have to leave for work at 5.15am. I feel this is very unfair. I have also noticed flyers offering free admission and a 5,00am license. Can this be legal?
